What kind of cartridge is good for my oil?

That is probably our most asked question, and the answer is: we don’t know! At least not without a lot more information. But give us a call, and we can consult with you and provide our best guess based on your description. Additionally, we can set you up with a cartridge sample pack, which is free with payment for shipping.

Can I custom brand my cartridges/batteries/packaging?

Yes, give us a call.

Do your cartridges contain heavy metals? Are they tested?

To the best of our knowledge, our cartridges do not contain heavy metals, and yes, we definitely test them. You can find the lab test results for our cartridges on our website (by clicking here)

Can I see your products in person before I buy them?

Yes, you can order sample packs of cartridges or jar samples by calling us at 707-742-3804. Alternatively, you can visit our store location, where many of the products we offer online are on display. Please call us beforehand to confirm that we have a sample of your desired product available.

Ordering and Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the quantity of items you purchase. Please note that bulk orders may be subject to additional freight shipping costs, and we will contact you if your order exceeds our online shipping cost limitations. If you prefer, you can also arrange to pick up your order in person at our store location. Additionally, we offer local delivery options, and we are happy to provide pricing information for customers in the Northern California San Francisco Bay Area. Please call us for more information.

When can I expect my order?

Turnaround time on delivery may vary, but most orders received before 6pm PST are shipped the following day. Shipping times can range from 5-10 business days.

Please note that custom products and special orders may have different production and shipping times, which we will communicate with you upon ordering.

Can I pay cash for an order?

Yes, absolutely! Please give us a call to let us know what you would like to order. We can set your items aside for you until you are able to pay in cash or send us a money order. Once we receive your payment, we will promptly ship your order to you.

This certificate is for the purchase from applicable vendors of the item(s) I have listed in the Description of Property below.

I will resell the item(s) that I am purchasing under this resale certificate, and that are listed in the Description of Property, in the regular course of my business operations, and I will do so prior to making any use of the item(s) other than demonstration and display while holding the item(s) for sale in the regular course of my business. I understand that if I use the item(s) purchased under this certificate in any manner other than as just described, I will owe use tax based on each item’s purchase price or as otherwise provided by law.

For Your Information: A person may be guilty of a misdemeanor under Revenue and Taxation Code section 6094.5 if the purchaser knows at the time of purchase that he or she will not resell the purchased item prior to any use (other than retention, demonstration, or display while holding it for resale) and he or she furnishes a resale certificate to avoid payment to the seller of an amount as tax. Additionally, a person misusing a resale certificate for personal gain or to evade the payment of tax is liable, for each purchase, for the tax that would have been due, plus a penalty of 10 percent of the tax or $500, whichever is more.
