What kind of cart is good for my oil?
That is probably our most asked question, and the answer is: we don’t know! At least not with a lot more information. But give us a call, we can consult with you and give you our best guess based on your description. We can also set ypu up with a cartridge sample pack, free with payment of shipping.
Can I custom brand my cartridge/battery/packaging?

Do your carts contain heavy metals? Are they tested?
NO, to the best of our knowledge, our cartridges do not contain heavy metals and YES, we definitely do test them. You can find lab test results on our carts here.
Can I see your products in person before I buy them?
YES, you can order sample packs of cartridges or jar samples by calling us at 707-742-3804, or you can come by our store location and many of the products we see online are on display. Please call us beforehand to make sure we have a sample of your desired product on hand.
Ordering & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is caluclated at the cart based on location, weight, and quantity. Bulk Orders may be subject to Freight Shipping costs. We will contact you if you order exceeds our online shipping cost limitations. You can also pick up orders in person at our store location. Local delivery options are also available. Please call us for delivery pricing if you are in the Northern California San Francisco Bay Area.
When can I expect my Order?
Turnaround time on delivery varies, but most orders are shipped the following day as long as the order is recieved before 6pm PST.
Shipping can take anywhere from 5-10 business days.
Custom products and special orders are subject to different production and shipping times.

Can I pay cash for an order?
YES! Give us a call and let us know what you would like. We’ll put your order aside for you until you can come in person to pay in cash or send us a money order and we’ll ship your order once the payment is recieved.
