WHAT KIND OF CART IS GOOD FOR MY OIL?

That is probably our most asked question, and the answer is: we don’t know! At least not with a lot more information. But give us a call, and we can consult with you and give you our best guess based on your description. We can also set you up with a cartridge sample pack, free with payment of shipping.

DO YOUR CARTRIDGES CONTAIN HEAVY METALS? ARE THEY TESTED?

NO, to the best of our knowledge, our cartridges do not contain heavy metals and YES, we definitely do test them. You can find lab test results on our carts here.

CAN I SEE YOUR PRODUCTS IN PERSON BEFORE I BUY THEM?

YES, you can order sample packs of cartridges or jar samples by calling us at 707-742-3804, or you can come by our store location and many of the products we see online are on display. Please call us beforehand to make sure we have a sample of your desired product on hand.

CAN I CUSTOM BRAND MY CARTRIDGE/BATTERY/PACKAGING?

Returns

QUALIFIED PRODUCTS & REQUIREMENTS

PRODUCTS QUALIFIED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Product received which does not match the original invoice.
  • Unused product in its original packaging.
  • Defective or damaged in-transit product, which must be accompanied by photographic evidence thereof. Photographs of damaged product as well as shipping box required.

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSED RETURN

Within fifteen (15) days of delivery of product, a notice of intent to return and reason therefore must be sent to Kind Supply Direct. Returns must be sent to Kind Supply Direct within thirty (30) days of delivery of product and postmarked within that time.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION INSTRUCTIONS

AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM REQUIRED

Before the proposed return product can be shipped, a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) must be requested by the customer. Customers should request RMA by emailing info@kindsupplydirect.com. Subject should read “RMA Request for Order XXXXX” and include the order number. In the email, please state the reason for the return and any additional images in the case of defective or damaged items.

PACKING & SHIPPING A RETURN

Product must be returned in its original packaging and original delivery box. Unless the damage or defect was caused by or was the responsibility of Kind Supply Direct, the Company has NO responsibility for the return shipping costs and assumes no responsibility for a refund in the event a return package is lost, stolen or misplaced (nor does Kind Supply Direct assume any responsibility for damage to the return shipped product in the event a refund is denied and then re-shipped to the customer).

PROCESSING A RETURN

Any refund is subject to a satisfactory review and inspection by Kind Supply Direct as to whether the product is returnable, damaged or defective, and in full compliance with these terms and conditions.

DENIAL OF RETURN

Should Kind Supply Direct not accept the return, it will provide notice of its decision and the reason(s) therefore. In that event, Kind Supply Direct will return the product to the customer at the customers’ expense for shipping. The customer retains the right to request Kind Supply Direct to dispose of the product.

PROCESSING OF REFUND

If the refund request is approved, it will be processed within five (5) days thereafter and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
